Did you guys hear about this story from Tuesday night? It's absolutely hilarious and totally cool. Since that game, this UBC kid has been battling media attention left right and center. He even had an exam the next morning that he had been studying for all day long. He was signed to a 1 day Amateur contract by the Canucks in order to make it work with all the injuries. He wasn't paid at all but I think the Canucks should have given him something - even a thousand bucks would be cool. The League minimum is like $100,000/year or something. Divide that by 82 games and you pay him about $1000 for his fun. Or you give him tickets and stuff for the future. I'm sure he got all the autographs he needed. The best part was that Johan Hedburg (the starting goalie for Vancouver) was in a collision with 63 seconds left in the first period. The crowd started chanting "Le-Vesque", "Le-Vesque" hoping that he would come in for the end of the first period. How cool would that have been? Hedburg should have said - "Coach, I just need to rest up for the end of this period and the intermission - I'll start the second". It would have been a magical story...

Company Christmas party tonight. Should be fun. There are some amazing door prizes...hope I get one of them. A Trip, TV, Digi Cam, etc

Went for Sushi and chilling with Kris last night. It was good to catch up.
