The Leafs were saved this evening. On a night when they started out flat and only had flashes of brilliance, it was their goalie, Ed Belfour, who came to their rescure. He stopped all the rubber that faced him (all 37 shots worth). So now, he has a combined 138 minutes and 21 seconds of shut out hockey vs. the Sens. That is all of Game 3, all of Game 2 and most of the third period of Game 1. The Sens must be beside themselves. He is totally standing on his head and making some excellent saves.

It's time for bed now but man, I'll fal asleep happy this evening knowing the Leafs are up 2 games to 1.
